Both small intimate gatherings and larger meaningful celebrations are well-suited for The Venue. The indoor space features a rustic charm with modern amenities. The outdoor area provides breathtaking views of the surrounding farmland.  It really is the perfect location to make memories. We offer an open vendor policy, allowing you the flexibility to choose their own vendors for their special day.

Private Party Packages – Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Anniversary Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Graduation Parties and more! 

Base Package accommodates up  to 50 guests (packages for larger groups available).
$500 damage deposit required to hold your date. Fully refundable if no damages are incurred or you cancel your event 6 months or earlier from the date.

  • Use of the facility for up to 6 hours

    • Sunday through Thursday – $1,750

    • Friday through Saturday – $2,250

  • Event to be held in and around the farmhouse and pavilion and porches

  • Set up and break down furniture

  • Seating for up to 50 at tables for dinner/reception in the covered pavilion (60’ round tables, seating 8 or rectangle tables set up banquet style)

  • Buffet tables (2)

  • Cake table (1)

  • Gift table (1)

  • Use of custom-made wooden bar

  • Use of Bluetooth-enabled sound system for the reception area

  • Use of 3 stalls, ADA Men and Women’s bathrooms attached to the back of the casitas

  • Access to the Venue for up to 1 hour prior to the event for planning, subject to availability.

* If alcohol is served, a TAFB-licensed bartender and security guard will be hired by the Venue at the host’s expense.
