Access to the Venue for 6 hours

Experience a one-day, customized workshop at Whistlejacket Farm, where world-class trainers use proven strategies with Arabian horses to reveal new ways of unlocking leadership potential and untapped talent in your team.

Package includes up to 10 participants, Full-day Event

  • Use of facility
    ​     Monday — Sunday: $1,000

  • Use of the indoor and outdoor facilities held in and around the farmhouse, pavilion, porches, and patios

  • Room set-up with tables and chairs or theater style meetings

  • Set-up for lunches and breaks

  • On-site, dedicated Venue Event host

  • Pre-brief with team leader, team assessments, participant materials and activities

  • Break-outs and training lectures with on-site facilitator(s)

  • Snacks and lunch

  • Barn visits and interactions with horses and trainers

  • Leader post-brief for up to 10 people

A la carte amenities available for additional charge:

  • 50' smart tv on roller stand

  • Flipcharts, markers, easels

  • Sourcing and set up for lunches  and breaks

  • Inventive food and beverage (s'mores at the fire pit; picnic lunches)

  • Cocktail reception or dinner

  • Venue staff-led “barn tours” featuring an introduction to the Arabian horse, the history of Whistlejacket Farm, and a chance to get to know some of the beautiful animals in person

Visit the Venue, meet our staff and secure a date for your special event. Private tours are available in 30-minute increments throughout the week. You must book a tour to see the venue and to ensure we are available to answer questions.
