BOOKING & AVAILABILITY
How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking 6–18 months in advance, especially for peak spring and fall dates. Availability can vary, so we always encourage reaching out to check current openings.
What is required to reserve our date? To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and refundable damage deposit are required. Once received, your date will be secured on our calendar.
What is your payment schedule? Our payment schedule is divided into installments, with the final balance due 60 days prior to your event. We’re happy to walk you through the details and timeline during the booking process.
Wedding Details
How many guests can you accommodate? We can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests.
Is the venue indoor, outdoor, or both? We offer both indoor and outdoor options. Enjoy a lakeside ceremony surrounded by natural beauty, or celebrate inside our climate-controlled Lakeside Atrium.
Do you provide tables and chairs? Yes, tables and chairs are included as part of your venue rental.
Do you offer all-inclusive packages? Yes, we offer thoughtfully curated all-inclusive packages. These include eight weeks of coordination with a dedicated wedding planner, a premium wedding cake, floral design, table settings and linens, and catering from our award-winning culinary team.


Vendors & Policies
Do you allow outside vendors? Yes, outside vendors are welcome.
Is alcohol permitted? Yes, alcohol is permitted. If provided, all alcohol must be served by a licensed TABC bartender.
Do you provide coordination services? Yes, we partner with one of the area's premier coordination providers to ensure that your event goes off perfectly. Our all-inclusive packages include coordination services beginning eight weeks prior to your wedding to ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed.

Logistics & Planning
What happens in case of bad weather? We can work with you based on the number of guests and set up involved to put a backup plan in place. Our covered, partially enclosed and indoor spaces, including the Lakeside Atrium, allow for a seamless transition, ensuring your day remains just as special regardless of the weather.
How long do we have access on our wedding day? Venue access includes 8 hours for micro and elopement packages, and up to 15 hours for the full wedding packages. Multi-day packages are also available in certain instances.
Is there parking available? Yes, we offer convenient on-site parking for you and your guests.


Amenities
Is there a bridal suite and groom’s space? Yes, we offer private, comfortable spaces for both. Our farmhouse suite is designed for the bridal party, while our casitas provide a relaxed setting for the groom’s party.
Are there accommodations nearby? Yes, there are several nearby hotel and accommodation options for your guests. We’re happy to provide recommendations.
Is the venue climate controlled? Yes, the Lakeside Atrium is fully climate controlled for year-round comfort.
